Academic Nephrologist
Division of Nephrology
University of California, San Francisco

The Division of Nephrology at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) Health has immediate openings for multiple faculty positions. We are seeking academic nephrologists with interest or expertise in domains including clinical care, research or education. Candidates must be ABIM Board certified or Board eligible in nephrology. Percent of time spent in clinical care vs. research vs. education is negotiable. We are motivated to tailor job descriptions to maximize chances for longer term career success. The posted UC salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and step at appointment. See Table 5. The minimum base salary range for this position is $110,500-$333,700. This position includes membership in the health sciences compensation plan which provides for eligibility for additional compensation.
