IN RES/HS CLINICAL/CLIN X

The Department of Radiation Oncology at the University of California, San Francisco, is seeking an outstanding physician scientist trained in Radiation Oncology with expertise in the treatment of adult and pediatric CNS malignancies. The candidate will have an established record as principal investigator in translational research and demonstrate the ability to attract funding for laboratory research. The candidate will be expected to teach in educational courses provided by the Department of Radiation Oncology for medical students, residents and fellows, as well as contribute to continuing medical education efforts including the departmental annual scientific conference. The appointee will occupy space at the Mission Bay UCSF campus. Candidates are required to hold a MD or MD/PhD degree, and to have demonstrated achievement in their field.

The posted UC salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and step at appointment. See Table 5. The minimum base salary range for this position is $123,500-$377,200. This position includes membership in the health sciences compensation plan which provides for eligibility for additional compensation.
