Faculty Positions | Division of Neurohospitalist Medicine
Department of Neurology, UCSF School of Medicine and UCSF Health

The UCSF Department of Neurology’s Division of Neurohospitalist Medicine is recruiting faculty members for appointment at the Instructor, Assistant, Associate or full Professor rank of the Adjunct, HS Clinical, Clinical X, or In Residence faculty series. Qualified candidates must possess a medical degree, medical license, and Board eligibility or Board Certification in Neurology at the time of hire. Preferred qualifications include a demonstrated track record in Neurohospitalist clinical care and/or research. Candidate’s CV or cover letter must state basic qualifications (or if pending) upon submission.

This position will have clinical attending responsibilities on the Neurohospitalist ward and consult services at Moffitt/Long Hospital on the UCSF Parnassus campus, and at the adult hospital at UCSF Mission Bay. Additional clinical activities may take place at ZSFG as needed.

The posted UC salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and step at appointment. See Table 5. The minimum base salary range for this position is $97,300-$320,100. This position includes membership in the health sciences compensation plan which provides for eligibility for additional compensation.
