Health Science Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor Sarcoma Program

The Department of Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco, the UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center and the Division of Hematology/Oncology are recruiting for a new faculty member in the Sarcoma Program.

Candidates must have an MD and be ABIM certified in Medical Oncology. Candidates should have also completed appropriate clinical research training and demonstrated a track record in clinical and/or translational research in Sarcoma.

Candidates will have the responsibility for patient care in the Sarcoma medical oncology program, and will be expected to develop a clinical or translational research program in Sarcoma in the context of an established multidisciplinary team. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to become a member of the UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center with access to all core resources and abundant opportunities for collaboration in translational science. The appointment will be made in the Health Sciences Clinical series at a rank compatible with the candidate's qualifications.
