Adjunct Professor in Neurological Surgery

The Department of Neurological Surgery is seeking a Adjunct Professor for a full time faculty position. The selected candidate will be appointed at the Assistant level in the Adjunct Professor series.

Faculty in the Adjunct Professor series are individual who are predominantly engaged in research or other creative work and who participate in teaching, or individuals who contribute primarily to teaching and have a limited responsibility for research or other creative work; these individuals may be professional practitioners of appropriate distinction. Applicants should have a strong academic background and a commitment to disorders and clinical research. Appointees with titles in this series also engage in University and Public Service consistent with their assignments.

• Must possess an MD, PhD or equivalent degree
• Must have a proven ability to conduct research in the field of neurological surgery with a particular interest in developing surgical simulation models (i.e., cadaveric, animal, and volumetric) for its application in skull base and cerebrovascular disorders, evaluation, and treatment.
