Associate/Full Professor in Residence, Division of Pediatric Endocrinology
The Division of Pediatric Endocrinology in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of California, San Francisco, is recruiting for a Pediatric Endocrinologist at the Associate or full Professor rank of the In Residence faculty series. The successful candidate will receive a Distinguished Professorship with endowed funds to facilitate such efforts, and will be considered for joint appointment to other Departments, based on his or her prior experience, training, and areas of investigation.
The selected candidate will engage in laboratory-based investigation in any endocrine-related field. Candidates must possess a medical license and Board certification in General Pediatrics and be Board-eligible or Board-certified in Pediatric Endocrinology. The ideal candidate will be an established investigator with NIH funding, a track record of significant contributions to academic endeavors in the field of Pediatric Endocrinology, sufficient ability and experience to mentor trainees and junior faculty, and help grow the Division’s research programs. The candidate will be proposed to become a faculty member of the prestigious Biomedical Sciences (BMS) graduate program at UCSF.
