Assistant or Associate Professor
Movement Disorders Specialist
The Department of Neurology is seeking an Assistant or Associate Professor of Neurology (in the Health Sciences Clinical or Clinical X series) whose responsibilities will include providing direct patient care, participation in clinical research, and supervision of house-staff, fellows, and students. Teaching responsibilities include didactic and informal teaching on clinical rounds. Presentations at national/international meetings will be expected.
Applicants must be fellowship trained in movement disorders, possess a medical license, be Board eligible/certified in Neurology, and have at least four years of teaching experience (this can include teaching during residency and fellowships). Experience and interest in clinical trials research is also preferred. Experience with botulinum toxin injections and deep brain stimulator programming would be helpful but are not required.
