Faculty Position in Sarcoidosis, Ellen Dreiling Endowed Professorship

The UCSF Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, Allergy and Sleep Medicine, in the Department of Medicine is seeking outstanding applicants with clinical and/or research expertise relevant to sarcoidosis to join the faculty in Assistant, Associate or Full Professor level.

Eligible candidates will possess an MD, PhD, or MD/PhD, and a record of success or significant promise in clinical, basic and/or translational research. Preferred candidates will have outstanding skills in oral and written communications. The candidate will become a member of the UCSF Sarcoidosis Research Program. The new faculty member will be expected to establish an independent research program that will attract and maintain extramural funding, and will have the opportunity to interface with clinical activities and translational-research projects within the fields of pulmonary and immunology at UCSF. The successful candidate may be eligible for membership in the BMS (Biomedical Sciences) graduate program.
