Assistant/Associate Professor Level Position
The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery is recruiting for an orthopaedic surgeon with subspecialty expertise in sports medicine and shoulder surgery.
The practice will focus on sports medicine and shoulder surgery. The incumbent will be expected to perform complex sports and reconstructive shoulder surgeries, both open and arthroscopic. The incumbent will be expected to provide formal and informal teaching to residents, medical students, and fellows. Both didactic and clinical teaching is required.
Requirements:
Board certified in Orthopaedic Surgery
Completed an accredited Orthopaedic Surgery residency program
Completed a Sports Medicine fellowship program
Experience beyond the fellowship year
Associate Level requires teaching experience in an academic institution.
