Adjunct, HS Clinical, Clinical X, and In Residence Series
The Division of Oncology in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of California, San Francisco, and UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals are recruiting for faculty members at the Instructor, Assistant, Associate, or Full ranks in the Adjunct, Health Sciences (HS) Clinical, Clinical X, and In Residence faculty series. Academic rank is commensurate with experience.
Qualified candidates must possess a Medical Degree and License, Board Certification/Eligibility in Pediatrics and Board Certification/Eligibility in Hematology/Oncology.
Preferred qualifications include a strong academic background and interest in pursuing a career in clinical or basic research and teaching.
These faculty positions provide an ideal environment for collegial interactions, clinical, translational or basic research as well as other academic endeavors, within an environment that promotes and expects excellent clinical care. The successful candidate will also participate in the teaching and mentoring of medical students, residents, and fellows, and undertake other academic activities consistent with their interests and faculty series.

The posted UC salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and step at appointment. This position includes membership in the health sciences compensation plan (https://ucop.edu/academic-personnel-programs/_files/apm/apm-670.pdf) which provides for eligibility for additional compensation.
