Neuropsychologist, Memory and Aging Center
Department of Neurology, UCSF School of Medicine and UCSF Health

The Memory and Aging Center (MAC) in the Department of Neurology at UCSF is recruiting a Neuropsychologist to provide clinical neuropsychological services within the MAC and the Department of Neurology. This faculty member will join an inter-professional clinical team consisting of neuropsychologists, neurologists, geropsychiatrists, nurse practitioners, clinical trainees, social workers, and genetic counsellors.

The successful candidate will expand our Clinical Neuropsychology Program to meet clinical neuropsychology needs across the medical center. The position will be appointed to the Instructor, Assistant, Associate, or Full ranks of the Adjunct, Health Sciences (HS) Clinical, or Clinical X faculty series based on with professional experience and academic focus. Teaching responsibilities will include leading and contributing to formal didactics, clinical rounds, case conferences, and mentoring Neuropsychology predoctoral and postdoctoral trainees.

Qualified candidates will possess a PhD or PsyD degree and postgraduate training in Neuropsychology at the time of appointment. Preferred qualifications include Board Certification by the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP) and teaching experience. The posted UC salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and step at appointment. See Table 5: https://www.ucop.edu/academic-personnel-programs/_files/2022-23/oct-2022-salary-scales/t5-summary.pdf. The minimum base salary range for this position is $92,100-$305,900. This position includes membership in the health sciences compensation plan (https://ucop.edu/academic-personnel-programs/_files/apm/apm-670.pdf) which provides for eligibility for additional compensation.
