MEDICINE SERVICE/DEPARTMENT OF INTERNAL MEDICINE
PHYSICIAN – NEUROLOGIST
VA Central California Health Care System, Fresno, CA, affiliated with University of California, San Francisco Medical Residency Program, leader in health care quality is recruiting for a part-time faculty member in neurology. The Neurologist physician reports to the Neurology Section Chief of Medicine Service, VA Central California Healthcare System (VACCHCS). VA provides patient centered care, delivered by engaged, collaborative teams in an integrated environment that supports learning and continuous improvement. The part-time neurology physician must have outstanding clinical and interpersonal skills as a member of the VA professional health care team and provide continuous veteran-centered care for a variety of medical ailments.
Required Qualifications:
- Medical Degree (MD, DO or equivalent)
- Completed a residency program in Neurology
- Board certified or eligible with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN)
- Eligible to obtain a US medical license

Fresno is located 3 hours south of San Francisco and just 2 hours from 3 national parks, including Yosemite, and year-round recreation.
