FACULTY POSITION DESCRIPTION
Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital Family and Community Medicine
Department of Family and Community Medicine, UCSF
Appointment As: Assistant, Associate, or Full HS Clinical Professor or Professor of Clinical Family and Community Medicine, depending on experience and qualifications. FCM is a National Health Service Corps site and this position may qualify for loan repayment assistance under this program.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a core faculty position in Family and Community Medicine at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital. Proposed job responsibilities include direct patient care; teaching; and administration. Final job description will be written at time of determining terms of faculty appointment.
Qualifications: Must be certified by the American Board of Family Medicine by time of hire and have a valid (or eligibility for) California medical license. Must have previous teaching and/or curricular development experience. Prior experience and commitment to working with underserved populations, racially and ethnically diverse patients and staff is essential.
