The University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) Osher Center for Integrative Health and the Department of Medicine, Division of Hematology and Oncology seek an outstanding individual for a full-time faculty position as integrative medicine physician in oncology. The UCSF Osher Center, founded in 1998, is renowned for its excellence and commitment to the highest quality integrative patient care, education, and research. We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, integrative oncologist to work collaboratively with a diverse interprofessional team in the provision of outstanding, evidence-based integrative healthcare. This role offers unique opportunities to collaborate with clinicians, educators, and researchers at the Osher Center; to build partnerships and promote integrative health across UCSF; and to participate in teaching, mentoring, and scholarly activities.

The successful candidate will have exceptional clinical skills in integrative oncology, experience with interprofessional teamwork and collaboration, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Candidates must be Board-certified in medical oncology or another oncological specialty, have completed a fellowship or equivalent advanced training in integrative medicine, have direct experience in the practice of complementary and integrative healthcare, and be licensed or eligible to be licensed in the State of California. Preferred qualifications include, but are not limited to, demonstrated leadership in the clinical practice of integrative medicine and experience in medical or interprofessional education. The selected individual will be eligible for a UCSF appointment in the Health Sciences Clinical series as Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor. The faculty appointment will be in a School of Medicine department to be determined based on the area of the candidate’s expertise.

This is a 1.0 FTE position.
