Associate Director Position, National Clinician Consultation Center, SFGH

The Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of California San Francisco seeks a Family Physician for a faculty appointment in the HS Clinical Series or Clinical X Series to serve as Associate Director of their National Clinician Consultation Center (NCCC). The NCCC is a federally-funded, national tele-consultation/education resource on HIV and viral hepatitis prevention and treatment, as well as and substance use evaluation and management. Applicants must be board-certified in Family Medicine, possess a California Medical License, have a minimum of five years’ experience in HIV and substance use care and resident/student education. A record of scholarly contributions is preferred. The NCCC Associate Director will be involved in all aspects of the Center’s clinical programming and operations, including program design, training and quality improvement, and strategic oversight and planning. The incumbent will provide clinical care and teaching within the Department’s residency program.
