The University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) Osher Center for Integrative Health, the Department of Family and Community Medicine, and the Department of Medicine/Division of General Internal Medicine seek an outstanding individual for a full-time faculty position as integrative medicine physician. The UCSF Osher Center, founded in 1998, is renowned for its excellence and commitment to the highest quality integrative patient care, education, and research. We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, integrative physician to work collaboratively with a diverse, interprofessional team in the provision of outstanding, evidence-based integrative healthcare. This role offers unique opportunities to collaborate with talented clinicians, educators, and researchers at the Osher Center; to build partnerships and promote integrative health across UCSF; and to participate in teaching, mentoring, and scholarly activities.

The successful candidate will have exceptional clinical skills in integrative medicine, experience with interprofessional teamwork and collaboration, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Candidates must be Board-certified in family medicine or internal medicine, have completed a fellowship or equivalent advanced training in integrative medicine, have direct experience in the practice of complementary and integrative healthcare, and be licensed or eligible to be licensed in the State of California. Preferred qualifications include, but are not limited to, demonstrated leadership in the clinical practice of integrative medicine and experience in medical or interprofessional education. The selected individual will be eligible for a UCSF appointment in the Health Sciences Clinical series as Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine or the Department of Medicine/Division of General Internal Medicine.

This is a 1.0 FTE position.
