UCSF Fresno & CCFMG - Pulmonary/Critical Care Faculty (Interstitial Lung Disease)
Position description
The UCSF Fresno Campus and the Central California Faculty Medical Group (CCFMG) are seeking faculty members for the Adult Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Division at any rank (Assistant, Associate or Full Professor). We are seeking a faculty member with an interest in Pulmonary Outpatient practice. The ideal candidate shall have a subspecialty focus and experience, preferably in Interstitial Lung Disease. Physician leadership opportunities available. The appointee will also provide clinical coverage on the inpatient consult and critical care services. Other duties will include teaching, supervision of trainees and clinical research. Faculty appointment with UCSF and compensation will be commensurate with the applicant’s background and accomplishments. UCSF Fresno has residency programs and fellowships across Internal Medicine including Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship. The UCSF Fresno Medical Education Program provides care in Community Regional Medical Center (CRMC), a 700-bed Level 1 Trauma Center, and two faculty practice sites. The program is located in Fresno, California, a vibrant, growing, but affordable community in the Central California Valley just a short drive from Yosemite and other national parks.
Applicants must be board certified in Internal Medicine and board certified or eligible in Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine, must be eligible to apply for a California Medical License.
