Clinical X or In Residence Faculty Series
The Division of Hematology Oncology in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of California, San Francisco, and UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals is recruiting a new faculty member who specializes in pediatric cancer immunotherapies. The ideal candidate will be participate in 20% clinical activities and 80% research based. The faculty member will attend on the pediatric inpatient service and outpatient services at Benioff Children’s hospital San Francisco. The appointment will be made at Assistant, Associate or Full Professor ranks of In Residence or Clinical X faculty series.
Required qualifications include:
• Medical Degree
• CA License or eligible for a CA license
• Board certification in Pediatrics and subspecialty certification or eligibility in Pediatric Hematology Oncology
• An interest, commitment and experience in teaching and research is essential
Expected clinical duties include:
• Inpatient service: approximately 6 weeks
• Outpatient Clinics: 1/2 day per week, 2-3 times per month
