Assistant Professor of Surgery – General Surgeon
University of California, San Francisco

The Department of Surgery, University of California, San Francisco, is seeking outstanding candidates for a full-time academic surgeon with an exemplary record of patient care. Candidates must be board certified in General Surgery. Completion of a fellowship in Bariatric Surgery is preferred. Qualified applicants should have experience in advanced laparoscopic procedures. Applicants who are also interested in Health Service Research are encouraged to apply. This position will be primarily located at Sequoia Hospital.

Candidates must have recognized skills in the education of Surgery Residents and Medical Students, and will be expected to be active participants in the department’s residency training and educational programs.
