Full-time Assistant or Associate Clinical Professor

The Department of Orofacial Sciences in the School of Dentistry at University of California, San Francisco seeks applicants for a full-time position as an Assistant or Associate Professor in the Health Sciences Clinical or Clinical X series. Applicants must have a dental degree (DDS, DMD, or equivalent) and a certificate of advanced training in Pediatric Dentistry, and be a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry or be Board-eligible. Applicants should have extensive clinical experience and be competent in all phases of preventive, restorative and surgical practice. Clinical experience should also include recent extensive experience providing comprehensive surgical and restorative care in the hospital operating room as well as other advanced forms of behavior guidance such as oral conscious sedation. Experience in teaching, clinical research, and administration is strongly preferred. Intramural practice opportunities are available. Salary and rank are commensurate with experience.
