Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor, Health Sciences Clinical/Clinical X Faculty Series

The Division of Endocrinology in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of California, San Francisco, and UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital is recruiting an exceptional clinician or clinical investigator who will direct the Madison Clinic for Pediatric Diabetes. The successful applicant will be an accomplished clinician who is highly skilled in the management of type 1 and type 2 diabetes and in use of latest technologies and therapies to optimize glycemic control. S/he will oversee a strong, diverse, multi-disciplinary team, and will ideally have prior experience in improving health care delivery as well as a track record as an educator and mentor. As this program is partially supported by philanthropy, the Director will work closely with institutional development officers and donors to advance the mission of the Madison Clinic. The appointment will be made at the Assistant, Associate or full Professor rank, depending on experience. Candidates must possess a medical degree and license, Board certification in Pediatrics, and Board subspecialty certification or eligibility in Pediatric Endocrinology. A proven ability to work collaboratively is a highly preferred qualification for this position.
