Assistant Professor of Surgery – Acute Care Surgeon

The Department of Surgery, University of California, San Francisco, is seeking outstanding candidates for a full-time academic surgeon with an exemplary record of patient care and expertise in Acute Care and Critical Care Surgery. Candidates must be board certified in General Surgery. Board certification in Surgical Critical Care is preferred. Experience in health services research is also desirable.
Candidates must have recognized skills in the education of Surgery Residents and Medical Students, and will be expected to be active participants in the department’s residency training and educational programs.
