The applicant must be an MD or MD, PhD, and board-certified cardiologist at Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level researcher. We seek a patient-based, disease-based basic, translational, or population scientist with a focus in any area of cardiovascular disease or cardiovascular genetics. The applicant must have a track record of contributing to innovative and impactful science with outstanding potential for growth and ongoing original discovery related to cardiovascular disease. The applicant must either already have an established, independently funded research program or clear promise to develop such a program.
