Position description

The Department of Pediatrics, University of California San Francisco seeks a new faculty member at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor rank in the Health Sciences (HS) Clinical faculty series to join the Division of Pediatric Pulmonary Medicine’s expanding sleep and pulmonary program. Applicants must be board certified or board eligible in Sleep Medicine.

Candidates who are also board certified or board eligible in Pediatric Pulmonary Medicine are strongly encouraged to apply. Academic rank and salary will be commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment and track record in sleep medicine, teaching and scholarly activity. Our AASM accredited pediatric sleep laboratory performs 80 overnight studies per month at our San Francisco location, and 50 overnight studies per month at our East Bay location, with plans to expand the East Bay laboratory in the near future. This is an incredible opportunity to join a collegial academic environment and work at the state-of-the-art University of California Benioff Children’s Hospitals at San Francisco and Oakland.
