The Division of Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine, Department of Pediatrics at UCSF is recruiting a full-time faculty member to the Assistant or Associate Professor rank of to the HS Clinical, Clinical X, or In Residence faculty series.
Qualified candidates must possess a medical degree, Board certification in General Pediatrics, and Board certification/eligibility in Adolescent Medicine.
Clinical focus with include outpatient management of adolescents and young adults for both primary and specialty care at the UCSF Adolescent & Young Adult Medicine Clinic, outreach satellite clinics and inpatient management of eating disorders and consults at the UCSF Benioff, San Francisco Hospital. She or he will play an active role in the ongoing training and education of medical students, Pediatric Residents and Adolescent Medicine Fellows.
The faculty member will also serve as the Assistant Director of the Adolescent Medicine Fellowship Program at UCSF. This effort will be supported through a .10 FTE dedicated to this critically important activity in the Division.
