The Department of Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco is recruiting for Clinician Investigators and Population Scientists in the Divisions of General Internal Medicine at Mt. Zion, Laurel Heights, China Basin, and Mission Bay campuses who will combine research with patient care, education and other academic responsibilities. Candidates with experience and career interest in health services research, clinical epidemiology and health disparities research with diverse patient populations are encouraged to apply. We are interested in establishing a research program focused on the patient population we serve.

Candidates must have completed a general internal medicine fellowship and/or have a doctoral degree in a health related discipline or equivalent by start date. Candidates must also be American Board of Internal Medicine certified or eligible and possess both valid California medical license and valid DEA by start date. Successful candidates should have demonstrated skill in research methodology and a track record of publications.
