The Division of General Neurology in the Department of Neurology is recruiting faculty members for appointment to the Instructor, Assistant, Associate, and full Professor ranks of the Adjunct, HS Clinical, Clinical X, or In Residence faculty series. Qualified candidates will possess a medical or doctoral degree and at least three years of teaching experience (including during residency and fellowships, and/or in the lab). Preferred qualifications for clinical positions include California medical license and Board-eligibility or Board Certification in Neurology.

Responsibilities may include providing direct patient care in the outpatient setting, participating in research and creative activities, and supervising trainees. Four or more years of teaching experience is preferred, as responsibilities for clinicians will include didactic and informal teaching on clinical rounds and in the outpatient setting. Experience working with underserved patients is strongly desirable.
