Faculty, Multiple Sclerosis and Neuroinflammation Center, Department of Neurology
UCSF School of Medicine and UCSF Health

The Department of Neurology at UCSF is recruiting new faculty members for the Instructor, Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor ranks of the Adjunct, HS Clinical, Clinical X, and In Residence faculty series. Selected candidates will be members of the Department’s Division of Neuroimmunology.

Qualified candidates will possess a medical or doctoral degree and at least four years of teaching experience (including during residency and fellowships, and/or in the lab) by the time of the appointment. Preferred qualifications include California medical license and Board-eligibility or Board Certification in Neurology.

Responsibilities may include providing world-class direct patient care, managing relevant patient therapies including infusable medications, participation in clinical research, and supervision of house-staff, fellows, and students. Teaching responsibilities include didactic and informal teaching on clinical rounds, and/or informal laboratory teaching.
