CERTIFIED PEDIATRIC ORTHOTIST / PROSTHETIST or
CERTIFIED PEDIATRIC ORTHOTIST
The University of California San Francisco, Dept. of Orthopaedic Surgery, division of Orthotics and Prosthetics, is seeking a full-time pediatric clinician focused on inpatient and outpatient pediatric orthotic care, to practice at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital/Gateway Medical Center on the Mission Bay campus.
Required qualifications:
• Master’s degree or at least five years of experience in orthotics/prosthetics or relevant specialization
• ABC Certified
• Prior experience with pediatric patients in an orthotic and prosthetic facility
Preferred qualifications:
• Knowledge of disease processes and associated orthotic/prosthetic interventions
• Familiarity with current treatment modalities, materials and fabrication techniques
• Experience with scoliosis and cranial remolding
