Assistant or Associate Professor, Clinical X series
The Department of Neurology at UCSF seeks clinical research neurologists for multiple openings at the level of Assistant or Associate Professor in the Clinical X series. All applicants must have outstanding credentials in teaching, research, and clinical care and possess MD and Board Eligibility/Certification in Neurology. Among clinical areas of interest for further development are 1) movement disorders including genetics of dystonia and outcomes research on deep brain stimulation, 2) pediatric neurohospitalist/pediatric epilepsy with an emphasis on seizure detection/management and quality improvement measures, and 3) infectious disease of the nervous system including the relationship to HIV and cerebrovascular disease, global health, health disparities in neurology.
